Class teachers bring along the children to observe and chat to the artists. Please sign up in club if you wish to join this visit and delightful activity
Artist’s Demonstration Friday 24th April 2-4pm Colin Johnston, artist, will be in the Club on this day to demonstrate a painting in Watercolour. Come along and enjoy watching Colin’s demo.
Submission Dates for Calendar Artwork Tuesday 28th April & Friday 1st May The KADAC Diamond Anniversary Calendar 2027 will go ahead with a plan to have the calendar printed and for sale at the Exhibition in September. Each member may submit ONE artwork. To reflect the diversity of styles and subject matters of the KADAC membership, ANY artwork in ANY media on ANY theme will be considered, as long as it can be photographed. The selection process will be explained nearer the time. Stewart will photograph the artworks for the calendar after selection. Please bring along your artwork to Club( unframed / unmounted) on Tuesday 28th April( it will be displayed on the Tuesday and the Friday( 1st May) for all members to view and to consider along with all the submissions) To ensure a calendar which reflects the whole KADAC membership it would be great if you would consider submitting an artwork. Monday 10th August (TBC) KADAC Summer Outing At the planning process , however , potentially a trip to Perth Art Gallery to visit the Scottish Colourist Exhibition with ( hopefully ) a short talk beforehand. Lunch also a possibility to opt into. Watch out for more info.
